THREE HILLS BREWING was founded in early 2017 in a garage in Northamptonshire, small but productive. We have hand-built a 225 liter brewery.
HERMS ship, Mash / lauter tuna, brewing kettle and whirlpool. Using this system we can easily brew twice a day and some gnaw three. Inside we have the air-conditioned fermentation chamber with a fermentation capacity of approx. 4000L / month. We also have extra space for bottle and barrel fittings. We currently pack most of our beer in barrels and bottles with very limited versions of craft casks. At the end of 2018, we added a canning line and are releasing 440ml cans of limited edition as often as we can!
